Why do you want to install an aftermarket K member?

I went with the UPR chromoly k member and it's been great. The only thing that is pesky is the squeak when going over speed bumps. This is my daily driver so I face this continuously but it's bearable. On a drag car it would be super great.

any reason why you want an aftermarket k? I too dislike QA1 for many reasons. for a budget K, i'd say UPR. if you want the best maximum motorsports or griggs.

granatelli uses the pretty much the same design as maximum motorsports, but there are some very obvious differences like how clean the welds are.

that said i dont see the need to upgrade from the stock K unless you plan on doing alot of motor swaps, header work, or other things that require you to need clearance or be able to drop the K. so really, to answer this we kinda need to know more about your budget, and more about what your wanting to do with your car.

subframes, i think the general consensus is that maximum motorsport's are top notch.

Qa1 sucks!!! Stay far far away from them. Upr is awesome. Replaced a qa1 with Upr and I love it now
