BBK intake loud humming
 

Wondering if anyone else has this. No noise until motor runs for a bit. It's coming from the filter area inside the fender. When it starts humming it's very noticeable and the rpm drops a little like the motor is struggling like it's trying to pull more current or something. It runs fine and pulls strong either way, but feels bad when the car's idling. Almost stalled once or twice at traffic lights. Thx for any ideas.
