About a year ago I did a search on eBay for multi throttle body intakes, and I came up with a dude selling custom made intake for 5.0L engine for $150, NR. Since I don't own a 5.0 I didn't give it much thought. The guy I think made it himself, the intake required a custom ECU obviously, and other work to make it.

Now I'd like to speak with that guy, perhaps he could make me an intake for 4.6L. I'd like to know if anyone manufactures multi throttle body intakes (EFI) for either 4.6L or 5.0L. Perhaps one of you here saw that eBay Item or maybe you know somebody making multi throttle body intakes?

I not sure what you're wanting to accomplish. Multiple throttle body intakes? Never heard of them and I can't figure out how it would help. The computer could not deal with the extra signals from the second tb or the second maf. I'm guessing this is for a forced air application?

Theres an artice in this months 5.0 Mustang and Super Fords about a Fox Body with a 351 Clevland that has dual throttle bodies. They are a custom design of the owner of the car I believe. The magazine is in my locker at school so I cant give you all the details. Good luck.

A multi throttle body will look something similar to this.




Each cylinder will get its own intake manifold and throttle body.
