105 mph governor

^--that is a good thought, in a fleet purchase it would be trivial to have the PCMs programmed to such a limit.
Most people have never been at or over 100 mph in their lives and would never notice...

I have compared the two tunes (stock tunes from my library), and see nothing different other than what would be expected between manual and automatic transmission tunes--the "big 3" being these:
The first value column above is the KPL0 (manual) tune, the second the RBX0 (auto) tune. Setting these three switches to 0 tells the PCM a manual tranny is installed.
The speed limit settings in both are 180 (on) and 179 (off) as is typical, the rev-limiters are also set normally:
Now none of this means that your KPL0 PCM is programmed the same. Do you know where it came from? Are you sure it holds a stock tune?

Also the PCM came from mps auto salvage with the rest of the trans swap, for some reason the PCM didn't want to work with my abs either, I need to figure out how to get the PCM back to stock so I can use the predator as I have no rear O2 sensors or egr system.

You will have to bring the car (or box) to Ford and have a stock tune flashed, find a local SCT shop that can/will do it, or send it to a vendor with that capability such as Delta Force Tuning.

If you had their Special Forces tuning package you could do it yourself with their assistance via telephone.

In thinking about this further, you mentioned in your 1st post that the 105 mph limit was there "When my car was still an automatic...", and seems to have been carried forward even though you now have a different PCM.
Here is something to try, disconnect the output shaft speed sensor and see what happens. With the 5-speed the PCM does not use that sensor for anything important, with the OSS sensor unplugged if the car still will not go over 105 mph it will not be the PCM causing it...

When I first did the swap I had to drive it to the dealer on the auto PCM so I could have the new one programmed for the pats system, the speedo was way off but it was reading 125 and wouldn't go any further ( I was only doing about 50 that's how far off it was)
