Default Brake Warning Light after new pads and calipers

I have a 1999 Cobra and I just replaced the pads and calipers on the rear. Everything is working. Brakes feel good and no more squeal when braking, however, now my brake warning/ebrake light is staying on. It will occasionally go off, usually during acceleration, but there is no real pattern to it. Any suggestions on how I can get this light off?
