Hey guys just bought my first mustang!! 2004 white gt, 40th anniversary. I just need some ideas on things to add to it. Right now its completely stock, bought it from an old couple. I know im ganna start off with mach 1 chin spoiler and cold air intake, just need some ideas on other mods i can do that are not too expensive for this year. Next year for sure im going to get an exhaust, most likley borla. So any ideas would be great!!

Depends on your budget. You're going to have people here tell you the CAI isn't worth the money. BUt its a very common upgrade.

Personally the best thing I ever could have done was get white faced gauges. I cannot tell you how nice they are and how easy they are to read in the sunshine and at night. Cost under $40, takes an hour to install (or more if you go a little above and beyond like I did) and really make a positive cosmetic difference to the car.

Exhaust is a personal thing, get on youtube and listen to find the one you like. Bang for the buck comes from gears, exhaust and a hand held tuner. The GT has a factory CAI, but it's kinda ugly, so a lot of people change them. It's strictly for looks.

Waste of money (see in bold). I would start off with some gears (410's) exhuast (personal preference) and a Short Throw Shifter. Maybe after that lower it. BTW is it stick or auto?? Congrats on the ride my man!

i like the sequantial light mod. My roommate has a 04 mach 1 and adds a little personality to it when you see it turning away.

haha. ya i was thinkin about gettin a throttle body or 4.10 gears with an exhaust for this year. Def gatta make the outside look a little better though. looks a little plain all white.
