Hello Everyone,

I have a laser red 96 Cobra convertible (tan top) with stock rims that have some curb rash.

I was thinking about replacing with chrome rims, but not sure how it would look with the laser red. I put chrome on my previous black GT and it looked great.

Just not sure how the laser red would look and have never seen a picture of one.

Curious of your thoughts/advice.

It would look great. I just drove by a laser red mustang with the chrome bullit and chrome deep dish rear bullits. It looked badarse. Had a nice drop to it too.

Steve(cobra frenzy) has a 96 lazer red cobra with chrome wheels on it.They look good on it.

I have replica 2003-04 Chrome cobra rims on my Mustang, a 2003 Laser red with tan top too! It looks fabulous! They were only $165 each on American Muscle. Check them out.

I (also have a 96 cobra, cobra R rims, Chrome) personally like the 18in deep dish cobra R's. I Just have the 17x9's right now, and I still love them. Laser red is a deeper close to maroon red, so it will look great. If you go to my page, scroll down to albums, i have pictures of it with chrome rims, decide for yourself.
