Hey guys, I just wanted to make sure all these parts will fit together before I go ordering them... never ordered my own parts, I've usually had the shop do all the dirty work.

between the mid-pipe and mufflers is the stock exhaust pipe, I'd like to replace that too but can't find the pipe sold separately and I don't know how I'd get the stock pipe off with just floor jacks anyway.

trying to order tonight or tomorrow so I could get it done before my birthday in May =D

You would probably have better luck if you posted this over in the SN197 section which covers '05 to current Mustangs... this section is for the SN95/New Edge which are '96 to '04.
But you are doing one thing right in that you are getting the headers and the midpipes from the same manufacturer.
