Default Help with code P1443, I know what is it, but WHERE is it

I had this code come up, I know it indicates an incorrect Evaporative System Purge Control Valve.

But the thing is WHERE could it be located, I googled and came back with nothing. Here is what it looks like from autozone site.

I am not 100% certain as to your 1998 GT, however on the '99 through '04 models it is in the passenger side wheel well, you need to pull the wheel and inner fender to get at it.

Perhaps someone with a '96 to '98 can verify this...

The "look" and the PI engine are about all that changed between '98 and '99. Are there vacuum hoses headed down into the wheel well near the passenger side firewall? If so then the EVAP stuff is in the fender well same as on the '99 to '04...

I see, I take your word for it, you have helped me so much. I will look in the day time to see if vacuum lines run to the passenger side wheel well, if so then I know where it is
