Default 8.8 question

In need of some help I put an 8.8 rear end out of an 01 Ford Explorer in a car we are restoring. I’m now in the market for sourcing rear brakes. Options are pretty limited… I’m looking for some oversized rotors and doesn’t look like that is available for the Explorer.

So what are my options? I think there’s more options for the same year Mustang GT so can I source some mustang caliper brackets and will they bolt into the rearend like normal?
