Default How does this coolant line seal?

I'm getting ready to replace this quite rusted coolant line that runs underneath the intake. How does it come out and what do you use to seal it?

it just pulls off, it's a bitch to get off but just pry it a little at a time and twist it, and when you put the new one on, just put a little rtv on it

If it's an o-ring, are they available at the auto parts store?

When I put the new one on mine, it wasn't as tight as I liked, so I put a little rtv to make sure, didn't want to have to take the intake back off cause it leaked

Why not replace that whole nipple. As corroded as that valley is I would guess the inside isn't much better.
