I replaced a Mac cat-back with the Steeda one because they advertize it to be tuned not to drone at 1700-2000 RPM which is accurate in that it doesn't. I hated that drone. Way too loud for me inside the car "ugh". The performance sure didn't get worse for me. My performance is better but I doubt it's the exaust.
I will say though that the tips on the Mac that were rolled looked much better than the unrolled ones of the Steeda.

i may be wrong here, but arent most catbacks well with 2-3 hp of eachother?
i wouldnt buy either because of looks or performance, go with sound
you are going to hear your car more than youre going to feel 2-3 hp and you'll hear it 100x as much as you'll see the tips
just my thougth on the matter

Ok, the main question of this post was if anyone knew if the steeda exhaust had the performance gains of the borla because if you look into it, borla has good hp/tq gains and I was unsure of how the borla tips would look on my car so i though of a possible alternative........steeda.
