Just wondering what this wire is that is attached to the hood. Maybe a light or something? Not the ground wire, there is another cable on the other side that runs up the hood. Maybe a dumb question but I'm changing my hood and I wasn't sure what this was. Any info?

passenger side is the ground strap, drivers side is the wire for the underhood light.

Thanks, yea i actually found the light online. When i bought the car it never had the bulb in so I was kinda confused when i saw it.
