Default Noise: Scraping sound

02 GT I thought it was the brakes. Replaced all the rotors pads and front calipers. Right caliper was sticking. Pulled wheels off and check the dust shields. No rubbing. Exhaust was not the issue either. On the driver side with wheel on or off you can hear a scraping sound only in one spot when turning the axle 3/4 of a revolution. No end play on the rear

While driving it just gets faster. Take it out of gear and the noise continues.

Wheel bearing? U-join?

My truck made the same noise and the local transmission shop replaced the u-joint and the noise was gone. I was thinking the same thing again, but the car only has 27523 miles on it. Former garage queen old lady car

Thanks in advanced for the input. Cheers

No input? Starting with the drive shaft removal and then checking the rear. Will post findings. I can't be the only person experiencing this issue. Cheers

Found the problem. I have a warped power slot rotor. Its pushing the caliper in and out. Every time it slides out it makes the noise. Took me 15 minutes to find it. Now I have to order one damn rotor
