RE: chin spoiler
Its pretty easy. You just need a drill with a small drill bit, and some tape. Just tape the chin spoiler up to your liking and then just drill the holes the holes and insert the plastic clip.
You might also have to raise the front of the car, depending on the drill you us, i just used and 2 or 3 piece of plywood

RE: chin spoiler
I bought mine from a ford dealer. Paid 75 for it, he also gave me the plastic push things. Install took 10 minutes, just line it up under the car, there are a couple of holes that will match up. Then I took a drill bit the same size as the plastic push pins and drilled holes in the front fascia that were in line with the predrilled holes on the chin, pushed the pins in and was done..

RE: chin spoiler
TexasMustang.com - $59.99 + 8-bones or so for install hardware, plus shipping (they had em in stock last month when I got mine FYI)…
Install is a snap - jack the front end up for adequate ground working clearance, then tape the thing up - mark your holes, drill, insert fasteners, and voila!

RE: chin spoiler
Yeah, the push pins you can get at an auto store, just the little black ones that lock in place. And before you ask, the chin spoiler can fit two ways. You can make make it flush by working at the wheel wells in, and stetching it every drill hole. Or it can sit back 1/2 in or a little more from the front of the bumper and still be flush with the wheel wells, its just personal preference. Make sense?
