Default Big dent in oil pan

I bought my 99 GT last year and didn't see it right away but there's a pretty big dent in the oil pan. It's never caused any problems and my oil pressure has always been good so do I have to do anything with it? Money is pretty tight right now and that's why I'm a little hesitant on doing anything if I don't have to do. Let me know what you guys think.

I have an attachment but I don't see anywhere on here where I can add it?

If you been driving it for a year already, then I don't see the need to change it now, only way it can effect anything is if it bent or blocked the pickuptube, which I'm assuming isn't the case here.
