Default Ticking and rubbing around the driver side wheel

I recently started noticing that when I turn my wheel really sharp (like turn all the way) I can hear one of my front wheels like rubbing somthing... Which is odd because they are stock.

Also when i am driving super slow (like 5 - 10 mph) I can hear like a ticking noise on the driver side wheels when ever the wheels are moving. It's almost like if I a rock was stuck in one of the tires tread (which could be... I haven't checked)

Any thoughts and opinions as to what could be going on? The only thing that I can think of that has been done while I owned it around the wheels is all new gabriel shocks and struts.

Thanks,

Josh

check those plastic wheel well splash guards. if theres signs of wear on those then you've found your rub. and your ticking..whens the last time you changed your brakes. a lot of times those little metal brake pad spacers go in wrong. or maybe its a rock or something stuck in your tire

Just figured I would update this incase anyone was wondering what this could be as well.

I took my car into to get balanced and rotated and I ended up having 3 nails, 2 were in the driver side front wheel, and one in the back. So far I haven't noticed any ticking! So i'm glad to get that fixed. Still haven't figured out the rubbing issue...
