need help identifying CAI and PCV elbow? [Pics]
I'll make it quick guys...
my car has really bad throttle response and i want to change the air filter to see if it will help any
i unscrewed everything on the chrome housing but this last screw would not come off is there another screw on the other side? underneath the fender liner?
also can anybody tell what setup i have anyways? previous owner told me "BBK CAI" but it looks half BBK and half stocker is there any point to this?
also this elbow is leaking air does anyone know the part # by chance? all the local stores only have the generic "fits 2008-2010 ford and mazda vehicles" etc, etc

Did you get this done?
Not sure what brand that is but your air filter is up in the fender well. Your best bet is to jack up the car and remove your rim/tire and pull the plastic fender well out of the way if needed and take your air filter off that way.
The bolt you are asking about is a bolt mounting to a rubber stop of sorts as you can see this in your pic. It doesnt need to come off, its move of a way for the mounts to match up and not vibrate.
