Default 1999 Mustang, Brake Light Switch wiring
Hey guys, is the switch for the brake pedal a simple switch with power in power out, depress and complete the circuit?

Or is it a ground? Like the lights have power to them, just need use the pedal to complete the ground?

Thanks... Im trying to wire my lights today so i can get her on the road...

It switches +12V to the stop lamps: the light green/red wire is hot at all times, the red/light green wire is switched by the pedal switch...
