torqe converter unlocking

I have a 2001 gt turbocharged. The torque converter is unlocking at 5000 rpm ,then locks and unlocks twice until 6000 rpm.Power on the dyno sheet is dropping off fast.I was told this is a computer issue. any ideas out there?I've been to several tuners, no luck.John
