Arrow What is the correct motor oil to use?

I am wondering on the oil cap on my valve cover it says to use
5W30 motor oil but, with our weather we are having here in
Adams,Massachusetts with it being 80-100 degrees everyday
with 80-99% humidity every summer. I have been using
Mobil 1 10W30 synthetic motor oil every oil change in my mustang
with a Motorcraft oil filter is that a ok weight motor oil for my climate
in the summer? What weight motor oil should I use?
Thanks in advance I really need some advice on this.

Ok I will continue to use Mobil 1 synthetic 10W30 every summer then.
My mustang runs the same if I use 10W30 or 5W30.
I use 10W30 in the summer and 5W30 in the winter.
Thanks alot for the help I appreciate it.
