Default 97gt rear brakes

i just changed the rear pass caliper and now the emergency brake dodent work all i did was pull the e brake cable with pliers and now it dosent retract now any ideas idid the same thing on driver side and its fine any ideas

That side cable might be bound from rust or some sort.
