Default E-85, Can we use it

So in talking with a buddy of mine (thinks he knows all about engines and cars) mentioned that "most" fords can take E-85 fuel. I am unsure about this so thought I would pose this question here, any thoughts?

You can use it but you need a tune for it

so it all comes down to buying a tuner... lol to get $3.00/gallon lol

Even if they car could use it I wouldn't. You may be getting cheaper gas per gallon, but you're using more gas per mile since E-85 burns faster. So pretty much, cheap gas, but it ****s on your milage.
