97 gt power seat

hey my driver side power seat goes fron to back but it wont go up it went down now its all the way down any ideas?

No idea, mine does that same thing...but at 6 foot 3 inches it doesn't bother me at all.

I think it's part of the motor that is burnt out.

My 99 did the same thing. I'm 6'4 so I left it all the way down, but it seemed I was always letting people drive it so I replaced the motor and it works good as new. Also when it didn't work, I used to just jiggle the switch/button back and forth until it worked.
