im interested in buying a 99-04 mustang gt, can some peeps answer some questions?
 

i really like this model of the mustang, its my favorite year (for body style anyways). anyhow i had some questions before i bought one,

1. is the steering wheel in a fixed position? or can you move it up and down to where you like it?
2. i know that some models have Traction control and some dont, i am also aware that on some models you cant turn it off unless you get a tuner, how hard is that to disable?
3.if i were to upgrade the suspension to a sporty type how well would this fare for track days?

1 you can move it up and down tilt wheel
2 they have button right by tranny its tractional control button
3 itd be great better track times
