Yes theyll fit, I run 1inch HnR spacers to run my 15 inch skinnys up front, had to cut 2 threads and the nub off my front lugs. No issues.

OK... these spacers may "fit", but will they work? One cannot just necessarily throw a 1" spacer onto a car and mount up a wheel with good-to-go

What is the width of the wheel you are looking to install?
Is it front or back?
Do you have room for the OEM studs to protrude into the wheel or willing to cut threads as Uber said?

Installing a set of spacers should be well thought out to avoid rubbing or possible cutting of tires on the fenders. We are leaving much to chance without additional information.
