Default loss of power

i have a 97 mustang gt and when it gets above 2 rpms it feels like its breaking up and i have no power or torque when it happens it happens on and off in all gears and i think it could be one of three things 1st fuel injectors dirty 2nd fuel filter needs changed 3rd coil packs gone bad anybody want to weigh in i need some serious help please i dont want to waste money i bought some sea foam fuel injector cleaner im going to try and see if it works

+1 on that...had F150 302 that was the problem. Unfortunately it had been doing it so long that I think it somehow screwed the motor up cuz it never ran right until engine was swapped.

Cats for one like the others said.. also, when was the last time the car had a tune-up? Plugs, wires, etc...
