No, I haven't, but that wouldn't have anything to do with the surging RPMs when the AC is on, would it? That's why I didn't think that would fix it, sorry for kinda ignoring that part.

Ok, did some more tinkering today- checked the throttle stop screw and that was fine. Then, I went to check the TPS voltage- turns out that it was off and was causing the high idle. I twisted the TPS on the TB and it idled perfectly! Problem solved!
