Problem installing Steeda underdrive pulleys

The bolt that comes with the kit to help put on the Balancer Pulley didn't come with mine. Just wondering if there is another way to install?

call the company and tell them the bolt was missing or just buy a stock replacement

Or buy a harmonic balancer installation tool and do it the proper way...
