Trans vibration and noise
Well my dad has a 99 mustang gt 5 speed. And he recently had a clutch put in. They charged 750 bucks and forgot to put in the exhaust gasket for the mid pipe. So when we fixed it we realized all the noise the clutch was making. It rattles until you barely push in the clutch. It's been 8,000 miles and we've taken it back twice now and they keep sending a def guy to listen to the noise. They swear it isn't doing anything. And now the clutch pedal and shifter vibrates like crazy in idle and especially revving. I'm already gonna call bar for my dad. But I need to fix this problem for him. Does any one have any ideas on what might be causing all the problems. Also his clutch pedal is like all the up engages the clutch. You gotta almost let go of the clutch to get it to catch. Mine is like mid way and feels nice.

How does the pedal feel? There should be 1 to 1-3/8" free play.
Press on the pedal with your hand it should move that distance before you feel the throwout bearing begin to press on the clutch spring fingers, if the pedal is rock hard from the start, or has less than 1" free play then the cable is too tight.
Here is a link describing how to adjust the cable, if you still have the stock quadrant and semi-automatic adjuster.
There are other possible problems that would cause vibration and noise as you describe, but check the cable adjustment first...
