Default Odd door/window seal problem PICS*

I've been having a problem with my window seal that has stumped me. I'm actually not positive it's the seal but it started on the passenger side and then about a week later the same thing happened on the driver side. About a year ago when I closed the passenger side door with the window up the door bounced back and didn't latch. Everything looked fine but I noticed that when I shut the door, the window bends back (outward) as if the window is going to far up.
Now my first thought was the regulator, but as you can see from the pic below, the window is sitting right where it's supposed to in the fully upward position on the window trim (first pic). So when I put my windows up I have to make sure they're down about an 1/8" from the top so this doesn't happen (second pic).
At the same time this happened I noticed the back vertical edge of the window does not sit snugly against the seal allowing wind noise and water in (third pic). Same thing on both sides but it's not as severe on the drivers side.
The door is sitting flush with the body and no bent latches or anything.
Any ideas?

I have a similiar problem. The winder just does seal in the top left. I have to shut the door with the window or there is a gap between the weathering and the window. Possibly the door pins are getting weak. I'm not real sure myself.

I'd bet anything that the tracks are falling off of the window in the front. They are 3 piece and only glued on, mor than likely your glue has gone bad and the window is sitting incorrectly in the track

My passenger window does that. I haven't pulled it apart to look at it but I see the glass shift when I move the switch back and forth. There's excessive play in the track somewhere.

Very well could be. 69 mustangs are known for this which is why they went back to bolt in glass in 1970. Ford never learns do they haha.

Yup mine moves around too, I don't have any issues, but I can see it tilt around, not sure if its play or just how it is, but same issue here.

Well I guess I'll be pulling the door panels off at some point. If this is the case and the glue has let go, any suggestions on an adhesive? JB Weld haha?

Thanks guys. I'm thinking the window is probably not sitting in the track correctly because I checked it out and I can shift the glass up with my hands about an 1/8".
