Should i take out the crossover and just have str8 pipes, i did it on my 97 mustang gt and ran awesome should i do it to my 2000 gt would i lose horsepower, gain, or just make it sound louder. I know its supposed to equal air flow but it didnt hurt my 97 just opinions please thanks

Dan, you seem to know your $hit... Which do you prefer for sound and performance? H or X? Ive been hearing that they are both about equal throughout the power band. What about you? What would you go with?

if your choosing H or X for HPs over the sound your just waisting your time, in my opinion.

A lot of people say that X pipe will give you more HP when in reality it's just the sound of the pipe. I mean you can buy a ****ty X pipe and it will make less power then the H pipe or vise-versa. You'll just have to hear what both sound like. Here I have posted a video of my car with just a off road H pipe stock headers going down the track......If you want I can take some sound clips with the LT's and a O/R H Pipe.
