Angry 03 GT 2v No Spark, Need Help

Okay guys, I need some help. I have an 03 GT that is not getting spark and I need to try and trace the problem.

Long story short (kinda), a couple years ago I managed to shred the timing chain guides; this led to the motor being pulled and a complete tear down.

Things that have been checked, verified or replaced:
* Replaced Heads with Ford Racing replacement 2v complete heads
* Timing chains, gears and guides replaced
* Factory exhaust manifolds replaced with BBK shorties
* Fuel Pump replaced
* Intake manifold replaced
* "H" Pipe removed, "X" pipe installed
* Replaced Oil Pump
* Replaced all lower end bearings and hardware
* Clutch replaced w/aftermarket
+ Fuel getting to fuel rails and is pressurized
+ Timing marks lined up according to Service Manual when replacing chains
+ Double checked harness connections
+ Double checked vacuum lines
+ Checked plug gaps
+ Checked fuses for breaks

I pulled coils 5 & 6 so far and checked for spark with no avail and unfortunately I don't have the Powertrain Control/Emissions Diagnosis (PC/ED) manual to seriously dig into trying to figure this out. Does anyone know if the Crankshaft sensor can be tested or if there are any other possibilities that I can explore?

This problem is killing me...

Probably a stupid question, but did you put the crankshaft position trigger wheel back on when you did the timing chains? It's an easy thing to miss, I have done it a couple of times now.

Much appreciated JC316, trigger wheel was left off. Definitely a horse of a different color rebuilding the 4.6 mod motor compared to the old school V8s that I have.

No problem. Glad you got it sorted out. The mod motors are different from most any motor you will find. Once you know the ends and outs of them, things get a lot easier.
