Default Street setup

a 03 04 pi motor
pi p&p heads milled down for 10:1 compression maybe ss values
comp 262 with spring
vic jr intake edelbrock intake
egr delete
eddy fuel rails
6061 plenum
bbk 75mm throttle body
cai
underdrive pullies
longtube headers
o/r shorty catless h pipe
mufflers then turndown
4:10 gears
maybe 100 shot wet kit

how much rwhp do u think ill put down with and without nitrous
do you think this is for the street

I'd say around 280rwhp, and I don't see why it wouldn't work on the street,all it sounds like is a cammed 2v with minor head work.

so build a pi 4.6 for 2gs or swap a 5.4 for under 2gs and build off that

I would just do a PI 4.6 and rear gears to start with and add the rest as you go because there is so much more that stock PI motor has to offer once it's paired with the right rear gears and if you need more then add NOS

so drop 2 gs on a built 4.6 for 280 hp or throw a 5.4 in for under 2gs and have 280 then build that

I'd do the 4.6. 5.4 swaps are a bitch on these cars due to lack of space. I started a 5.4 swap on one of my project cars and said f that and sold it. Very time consuming.

from what ive read its alot easier on sn95 just put it this way it would be like swapping a 4.6 into it its the same engine basically

The engine bay is identical from 94-2004, so there is no extra room or ease when doing it in a sn95.

im talking eletrical but is there such a thing as a pi swap 5.4 taking a npi block and putting a pi heads on it with just cams people are making 300 rwhp 300+ torque

Should make plenty of power. Just make sure you budget for suspension & tire upgrades, because you'll need them with that setup!
