Question 2004 GT tranny +

I want to upgrade the valve body in my tranny, Im pretty sure i have a 4R75w because Ford upgraded the 70w for 2003. But at any rate, i can not find valve body upgrades for the 75w, all the ones i find are for the 70w. any clues what to do?? and getting a 5spd isnt an option...
