Default exhaust manifold bolt snapped

Im working on putting a new 4.6l put of a crown vic in my mountaineer and when taking off the manifolds one bolt snapped... its stickn out prolly about half and onch or so outta the head and all the otger bolts came out... how should i go about gettin it out

i usually take a MIG welder and weld a bolt to the end of the broken off stud. get it nice and hot, and work it back and forth, don't try to go all out at once. penetrating oil never hurts.

if you dont have a welder, try vice grips.

if its too short for vicegrips you will have to drill it out and use an EZ out, be EXTREMELY CAREFUL WHEN U DRILL. many people have ruined a head by drilling off center or too deep.

Heat it up, grind a slit in it, and try and work it out with a flathead.
