99+ 4.6L

I am looking for a 99 or newer 4.6L to put into my 98 GT. It seems I should be able to find one for around $1000, but I haven't been able to find one. Any ideas where to look?

Can I ask why. Is it really high milage or do you want the extra hp? Because if all you want is the HP then just get PI heads and intake.
