Default windshield weatherstripping

I noticed my weatherstripping around the windshield was coming out, so I popped it back in. It looks like a stock windscreen, but it appears someone pulled it out to run some wires through there or something. Is there some kind of goop I should shoot in there to get the thing to stay back down?

Thanks in advance!

Clear silicone sealant or black adhesive sealant would do the job. They come in a squeeze tube with a plastic nozzle to administer. About $5 from any Walmart or auto parts store. I think the black adhesive sealant is specifically for weather stripping, it'll say on the pack.
