Default 2000 mustang gt timing chain

Well, I am putting in some stage 1 cams and somehow the crank got turned, I dont know if you can 180 these engines considering its SOHC but when I went to put the timing chains back on and crankshaft in 12o clock i turn it slight right or left and it wants to tough the valves. so i put the stock cams back on and it still wants to touch the valves. all timing marks were correctly aligned up to the marks but i noticed the camshaft markes even though both copper links align to the crank sprocket and cam sprocket correctly... but from the picture i have they cam sprockets are in the 12 and 11 positions they are more at 2 and 10 positions and they are aligned with the crank gear.

any help please.
