Why are the 03-04 Cobra intake manifolds so hard to find? Are they combined with the supercharger?

If you added two more valves for each cylinder, wouldn't you need a different cam? Sorry if that's stupid I've only toyed with 2 valve pushrod motors lol

the cams are in the heads on modulars and there are 4 if them on 4V and 2 on a 2V
