96 4.6l won't start, no spark or fuel
So I was driving to a friends house when my car started sputtering really hard and the light would dim when I hit the gas. The car died completely when I pulled in her garage and won't start again at all. This has happened before about a month ago and I took all the electrical connections apart, cleaned with electrical parts cleaner put dielectric grease on everything and it fixed the problem. Tried that again and no go. Has a new battery, both coil packs, spark plugs, cam position sensor, crank position sensor ignition control mod, fuel filter, and positive battery cable. Not getting a spark or fuel. Have no clue what to do and missing lots of work, any suggestions? Also, checked the fuel shut off switch in trunk and its not tripped. Need help badly

Start with the basics and check all your fuses. A visual inspection isn't accurate. Pick up a fuse tester at your local auto parts store or use a multi-meter set to 'continuity'. One of them may have blown. If that checks out, check your relays. When you turn the key, you should hear an audible click from each relay. If not, then either the relay is bad or there is a problem with the ignition circuit. If you do hear a click, then the relay is most likely good and the ignition circuit is good. So pull the relay and whip out a multi-meter and start poking around. The whole for Pin 30 of the relay should have constant power since it is directly connected to the positive terminal of the battery (with a fuse in-between of course). The whole for Pin 87 of the relay goes to the component controlled by that relay (e.g. starter or fuel pump). Pin 85 & 86 are connected to the ignition circuit.
Good luck...
