Default Cams, Headers... etc.

I have a 2002 mustang roush stage 2. So far, I have a k&N cold air intake, a high flow catted H-pipe, and the ugpraded magnaflow/roush mufflers. For Christmas, I plan on getting Comp stage 1 cams, 24 lb injectors, shorty tuned bbk ceramic headers, a BAMA tuner, and a bbk throttle intake. Does anyone know about how much horsepower and torque I will gain with these new mods, or does anyone have any advice? Thanks, I'm new to this forum.

When u start getting into cams, headwork, or FI. I would highley recommend taking the car to be dyno tuned and stay away from a mail order tune. Prob around 280ish rwhp. Dont even waste your time and money on shortie headers that give u 0 gains.

Yea I agree. Shorty headers are a complete waste of money.

Also, I generally like Crower or CMS cams. You could check them out at the CMS website or Lethal Performance.

Wasn't this answered in another thread? Shrug. Yes stay away from shortys, go long tubes, cams, heads, tune and gears.

On another note, I've asked around you shouldn't need those 24 LB injectors either. Do some research on the thresholds of the 19 lbs that come on the engine. May be able to put the money somewhere else.

19 lb. injectors are almost maxed on stock motors. thus why ford later upped them to 21's. even which will still be close to 100% duty cycle with the power he'd make. roughly 280ishrwhp as stated above. I would do gears before ANYTHING else at this point.
