Default exhaust leak

I have a 2001 GT and I purchased it a few months ago. It has an exhaust leak but from the exhaust pipe. I think it's right off the engine. Is that a hard fix. Or if I have it worked on in a shop. Is it costly? I've been told it just might be some kind of plastic donut that came off.

Possibly a worn gasket on the headers?
