The question is, can you afford someone else's problems? If your mustang is your only transportation and you can't afford to borrow or rent a car then I'd say it's be too much of a risk. (YMMV)

It's a risk we can't decide for you to take.

i know it sounds funny but it would be a better start then a npi 4.6 he wants a "street car" ive been talking to him and he says hes trying to find the dyno sheets

Its not all about the dyno sheets though I could make a 393 408 stroker out of it I'm talking bout a better platform to start off with its already geared stalled full exhaust car

It sounds like you got your answer, but you still want someone to tell you to go for this bad idea, so...
GO FOR IT! It's a great car with no problems, and it's fast, and blah blah blah.
Honestly, I would stay far away from buying someone else's car that is that modded.

People don't sink tons of money into a car then trade it for NPI Gts, it just doesn't work that way. I love the excuse, "gotta look for the dyno sheets", generally these are items that don't get misplaced, hes probably photoshopped up some new ones.
