The whining sound dosnt all come from the SC. It also comes from the belt setup. You can get the sound w/ either type.

The COG are belt system makes the loudest whine. The SC whistle can be hard to hear over exhaust when getting on it. COG will always be able to hear. Name: cogs.jpg

COG system WILL NOT SLIP but it also puts more stress on your crank (so im told)

Centris gonna be easier to install.

If your gonna drag race the car more than once or twice then go Centri.

The Anderson power pipe made my SC a LOT louder as far as hearing the whistle & air getting sucked in when bypass closes.
