And how is it that you know so much about MY life? FWIW you have just proven my point...

I did not mean to imply it was difficult, it simply isn't worth the bother.
$0.75 for the PayPal fee;
$1.25 for the dual layer DVD (I will not use el-cheapo disks);
$0.50 for the disc label;
$5.15 for Priority mail (too many were being damaged or lost in 1st Class);
------------
$7.65 in direct costs, leaving a whopping $7.35 to reimburse me for:
15 minutes of my time burning the DVD, printing and applying the disk label, printing the postage label and packaging (in that same 15 minutes if I had cared to I could have done work for a client and billed $20 to $35);
Then there was reimbursing people who were so computer illiterate that they did not know that "This is a Windows application." did not mean they could watch it on their television--or that their 10 year old DVD drive was not dual layer capable.
That was all after one was sold, before that I would:
Play 20 questions via email with people wanting to know if it was the same as "the ones sold on eBay?" (HTF should I know) and that thought they might want to buy one but wanted to know if it covered "X" system and is my "whatever" model included;
What part of "The complete Ford shop manual for all 2000 through 2003 Ford, Lincoln and Mercury models, on a dual-layer DVD." is so difficult to understand?
There was also dealing with those who, sometimes quite offensively, seemed to feel $15 was a "ridiculous" (yes, I had that put forth by a number of people) price and wanted to argue about it with me.
For a lousy $7.35 net receipt...

and the reason i asked if it was the same is because i do not know a lot about cars, hence why i made this post and also probably the reason i am looking for one of these manuals.
You have to be honest The complete Ford shop manual for all 2000 through 2003 Ford, Lincoln and Mercury models, on a dual-layer DVD is not the greatest description of this manual. For people like myself who have never seen these types of manuals or used them, i was not really sure what it included. It does not say if it includes complete diagnostics, maintenance, etc subtitles or anything. That is the only reason i wanted some clarification.
