Default Guess what i got for 700$

My drivers side door was smashed in about 2-3" for about 1.5' across the guy who fixed it also painted the whole car in ppg bc/cc with 2 layers of clear coat for 700$

Here's the repaired door (drivers side) and random pics:

700 is a steal for a good paint job. Good find.

Props man, that's super cheap. Especially for black.

I would have done more than 2 coats of clear so you don't go through it all in the cut and buff. My 67 got 3 coats of base and 3+ coats of clear for $400. PPG base and HOK clear.

Wow that is a steal. I don't even consider to paint a car for less then $3,000. He must have got the materials for free or took nothing apart and just masked everything. Anyway looks good.

Looks good! Was the painter a friend of yours? I need to get my door repainted as well (got keyed), seems like a damn good deal

Not really a friend just someone my aunt knew, but if your near Stanley NC he would probably do yours for a good price.

There will probably be small imperfections in your paint job if you go there. In mine there's 3 or 4 small specs in the black paint that you wouldn't see unless you looked for it and the door he repaired had a little white dust on the interior. He got a little black paint on the keyhole thing too, but you could get it off if you wanted i don't really care though.

The white dust came right off though and you can't see it, and for 1000-2000 less i can deal with some specs and cleaning the door.
