Why wont it happen? Dont believe in a 16 year old kid? Haha the motor and transmission that are in it now are just about to come out and one of my turbos is mounted. Im waiting to get my heads friday and make my headers then im having a shop bend my 3in tubing for my exhaust.

I'm sorry bud but it's a far fetched build. I would defiantly read more about the 4.6 motor before you keep going. You have nothing about fuel at all and no fuel = no power. Those gears like everyone has said is complete overkill, the PI heads increase the compression on a 96-98 block so the whole build will have to be really conservative on boost, which I'm turn you will detonate the car with 14 PSI most likely unless it's tuned really well and conservative. I would really do more research and learn more before you keep going. But to each is own, have fun!
