for his case leave them but i was saying when i put my j&m lca on should i just delete the quad shocks then?

Yes, once you get upgraded LCA, eliminating the quads is OK.

Upgraded LCA's = no need for quad shocks

Quad shocks were designed by ford to eliminate wheel hop and that is all they were designed for so if you get stronger/ better designed LCA's you dont need them

As everyone has said, upgrade the control arms and remove the quad shocks. It's a win win.
