ive honestly not had a chance to look at this car under a micro scope. Ive not had a day off from work since Ive bought it and its dark when i get off work. and cold. and raining.

"Vehicle: 2001 Ford Mustang Bullitt / GT (1FAFP42X21F116912)"

do the companies just not distinguish a bullitt model? i know there is no way to check if it was a bullitt on the VIN. I thought Bullitts were ONLY that special green color.

Take a pic of the engine bay and by looking At the intake I can see if it's a bullitt. So far it looks like a GT...Nothing suggests it's a bullitt.

Also. Does your cd player still play CDs even tho u have CDs stuck in it?

I'm also pretty sure u have a 10.5" wide rear rims.

the CD's wont play and they make an awful clicking sound. when i select to eject they all light up and flash.

i dont think its a bullitt now, it has normal fonts on the gauges.

how can i tell if it has the stock 3.35 whatever gears or 3.73

80mph = 2.4K RPM is stock gears I am guessing.

So this new sn95 has no cats and an Xpipe with flowmasters and its not as loud as my 97 with stock H pipe and Magnapacks. That is to say, i think the inside of the car isnt as loud. Id always heard flowmasters hone really bad but by comparison this is fairly quit car on the inside.

also its thorwing the code for no cats. i guess they didnt use the eliminators. also have a P0442 Evap leak code. Hmmm. i erased the code. i'll have to see if it comes back. The fuel neck was replaced in it a while ago from the previous owner

Unlike the '03-'04 Mach 1s which have a n "R" in their VINs, 2001 1/2 Bullitts have Mustang GT VINs. The Bullitts have hologram stickers. Here's a thread that outlines what makes a Bullitt:
